1950 Studebaker Champion 1950 Studebaker Champion

My search for a nice driver quality Studebaker ended recently with the purchase of this 1950 Studebaker Champion. A bulletnose stude was first on my list as I searched for a car as my father always loved these cars and instilled that love into me as well. Usually I'm more inclined toward project cars but lately my plate has been full and my time limited and I decided for once I just wanted to find a nice driver and enjoy it. She is currently on a transport from Florida so I will update this when she arrives and I have more to say.

1963 Lark 1963 Lark

The Studebaker that started it all, at least for me. Originally purchased from club member Bill Fogg. I was going to use this in the Big Apple to Big Easy rally for 2009 but ended up not wanting to risk the car in the event. I had plans to hot rod it with a 383 chevy but with the budget going to the 50 Champion I now plan to try to take her back to stock if I can find the time or sell her to a good home. Mostly rust free she just needs a passenger floor repair and some other minor work to the body. The original 6 cylinder is siezed up right now but soon I hope to get it on a stand and tear into it.
